Little Rascals is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. All of our terms and conditions have been put in place to protect the interests of our customers and to provide the best possible service to you all. Outlined below are all of our terms and conditions. If you want to buy from this site or use our web site you can only do so on these terms and conditions, and by using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by them. Although they are written in small print, they are designed to be fair to both parties.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and in any way. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. No contract will subsist between you and Little Rascals for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Little Rascals accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.
All prices remain valid at the time you placed your order.

You must be 18 years or older and have a valid credit/debit card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order through this Site. You agree not to use this Site or any content contained in it for any illegal or inappropriate activities.
Typographical Errors
Little Rascals has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Little Rascals disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Little Rascals shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
In the event a product being listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Exclusions of liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Little Rascals or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Delivery Policy
PLEASE NOTE - Orders sent via regular airmail are not INSURED and you therefore accept full responsibility should your order not arrive. To send your order with insurance please choose our courier service or our International Signed For as your delivery option for all orders outside of the UK. You will also be liable for any local duties that may be levied when the goods enter your country if outside of the EU.
All orders received after our 1pm deadline will be processed on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday only we do not deliver or process orders on weekends or on bank holidays. For example place your order after 1pm on a Friday and your order will be dispatched by us on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
What happens if you are out when the parcel arrives? If you are out when we try to attempt your delivery we will leave you a card notifying you of our attempt and giving you information on how to arrange an re-delivery of your order. They will hold your parcel in the depot for up to 7 days whilst you arrange delivery. Should you not arrange for this to be done you will be charged for the cost of the return of your parcel. Delivery hours are between 7am and 6pm unless you specify a timed service.
Deliveries made by our courier are at a discounted rate and should you wish for us to re-send your parcel it will be done at the true cost to us. Responsibility cannot be taken for the wrong order, or non-delivery, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided. You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and the return of the goods in these circumstances.
Payment and VAT
Once you've decided what you want to buy, you can pay through the secure Protx payment server which accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Maestro and Solo.
VAT stands for value-added tax, which is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. Some of our products may include VAT in the displayed price. Should you require a VAT invoice for your order please contact us.
Should you place your order for delivery to the Channel Islands or any country outside of the EU you may email info@littlerascals.co.uk and request for any VAT TAX paid with your order to be refunded back to your card, please enclose your order number on any correspondence to us.
